I used to work as a stock trader. As a trader, you wouldn't ask people for money this way unless something fishy is going on.
Just look at their terms:

I can't say much about this website, but whatever the case may be, the risk of handing over your money to them is a huge risk.
From reading some of their pages, they seem to be extremely paranoid about their members talking about their program on forums and other sites. Unless they have something to hide, they wouldn't force members to keep their mouths shut.
