I myself have been scammed my this site. I paid for the premium membership and did not get the service I paid for so I filed a claim with paypal which dollarptr won and I didnt get my money back. well since I was a member whether I liked it or not I so I requested a payout which they took 5000 out of my earnings. I then waited and 30 days later I get an email saying that I need to pay $200 for a transfer fee and will get my payout within 24 hours. I was alittle uneasy about that so I emailed some people that got a payout and they replied back:

      CHIDEX CHRIS

      chrischidexx@gmail.com

      To Ti Baty

yes,I have paid the fee 200$ then I got my earning.

      you can trust them.
      ____________________

      BHAGAT VIPIN

      vipin711vb@gmail.com

      To Ti Baty

i confirm that the fee is true.
i have paid the fee then I got my payments with 24 hours.

you can pay the fee.then I believe you will get it also.

      ____________________

So I paid the $200 (bad move)
24 hours later no money in my paypal account and my earnings are still the same so I know they didn’t take any money out of my account on the site.

I have filed a claim with paypal again to get my $200 dollars back, but this time I put more info about what they promised and what I didn’t get. Hopefully I get my money back

They are a big scam and so is 247vipclub.com they are scamming people to but I did get my money back for there gold membership cause they offer a 30day moneyback, though I had to file a claim with paypal to get it back.

both sites (dollarptr.com and 247vipclub.com will not reply to any of your emails once you become a premium or gold member)

I was going to write an article about scam credit score sites (which was the first email), but I’ll just post it here for now.
    scam URL: quickcreditscore.com

To the anonymous email sender: If you are reading this, the second site doesn’t look like a scam. It’s just a joke.

Beware of this latest scam about E-Currency Exchange, its the latest scam online now, this person/company presents the email a corporate company would present it and claim to be an exchanger for 10 Liberty Reserve to 12.8 Perfect Money Currencies, he then request you send the 10LR to his LR account. U4315993 (Electro pay Inc) and after you transferred the said amount, you will never get anything, including and acknowledgement of recipient. Here is the copy of a mail sent to me:

    From:UWC International

WORK LESS AND MAKE MORE CASH WITH YOUR LIBERTY RESERVE AND PERFECT

    MONEY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME.

    Get info at http:**one-dollar-bizz.webs.com/

This is absolutely free and very easy, all you need is an internet facility…. I have been using this system for some

time now and i can make up to $500 per day, I will be showing you how to make unlimited cash with your liberty

reserve account and a perfect money account. I will try to make it as short as possible, but clear. Just like every other

business your interest and seriousness counts.

    THIS IS HOW IT WORK

(1). open a LIBERTY RESERVE account at http:**libertyreserve.com (free)

(2). open a PERFECT MONEY account at http:**perfectmoney.com (free)

(3). Fund your LIBERTY RESERVE account with a minimum of $11, because of transaction charges, actually you
needed a minimum of $10. (Note: To fund or withdraw your LIBERTY RESERVE, go to www-google.com or
http:**www-libertyreserve.com/en/public/exchangers to search for an exchanger close to you.)

(4). Go to http:**www-electro-pays.page.tl and exchange $10 from your LIBERTY RESERVE Account to your PERFECT

    MONEY Account.
    Eg.. 1 LR——>1.28 PM, so 10 LR—-> 12.80 PM.

    (5). Go to http:**www-superchange.ru or https:**www-swapgold.com, exchange 12.80 PERFECT MONEY to 12.30

    LIBERTY RESERVE.Eg.. 1 PM —-> 0.96 LR, so 12.80 PM—>12.30 LR. You have gain $2.30

(6). Repeat this procedure from LR to PM and from PM to LR, 30 times (about 1 hour) and the clear profit will be more than $100

Really? If the phone’s not counterfeit and in perfect working condition, then you have to get him to remember which site it was. lol. I might order one. Doesn’t he have receipts?
In any case, the sites you asked about are all scam, so don’t order from them.

Although… if I was the scammer I might actually ship one or two products for real just to get more victims. I don’t know if such tactic is being used, just thinking of possibilities.

Even though that’s an older model with Windows Mobile 6.5, it’s still an expensive phone. I find eBay listings of used ones for $250+. I highly doubt your friend paid $200 for a new one. Is this friend telling you this via email? or in person?

That’s an impossible price for that phone. Have you seen his phone in person? If he did buy it for that price, there’s gotta be something wrong with the phone.

I’ve seen enough of these scam sites to know which is scam and which is not. Highbargain.com is a scam. You have absolutely no protection as a buyer. They put a Paypal logo and credit card logos at the bottom of their site, yet, they don’t accept Paypal nor cc. Don’t risk it.

As for your friend who purchased a cheap phone from China, what phone and how much? There ARE legitimate sites that sell phones from Hong Kong (mostly). One I know is hi-mobile.net. I think puremobile.ca or .com is another one from HK.

    Hey Vladimir, Welcome back.

DHgate is kind of like eBay, so there are many sellers.
From what I’ve read, there are very many unhappy customers. Apparently, lots of sellers sell fake counterfeit goods or have problems with non-delivery and lots of rip-offs.

If you see a brand name product for cheap, it’s probably a fake.

I mean, if you want to buy something from DHGate.com, proceed with caution.

May I ask why you are looking for legitimate Chinese e-stores?
Is it for personal use? Or, are you looking to dropship?

If you are looking to dropship, I strongly recommend against it. You don’t have any control over the shipping process, and you’ll get lots of complaints from customers with fake goods and slow delivery / non-delivery.

Do a search, you’ll get lots of stories on people’s experiences.

DHGate is just a marketplace. Sellers on there are the problems.

    Hope that helped.

    Hi Vladimir,

    In general:

There's a lot of these Chinese electronics stores popping up these days. In many cases, customers complain about not getting their products.

It is only logical that as China's economy grows there will be more stores like xxvtns.com targeting foreign customers. But most stuff you see are knockoffs and when a problem arises, it's very difficult to resolve.

I visited the site. Let's break it down. There are many warning signs about this site.

    - The site seems to be only three days old. The domain was registered on Sept 26, 2009.

    - It's way too new to find any information re: this site.

    - I see no indication that your information will be protected. The order page is not encrypted at all.

    - Only available options for payment are Western Union, Money Gram, and Bank transfer. If there was a Paypal option, there is some protection for you there and the opportunity to get your money back. But with this site, it will be impossible to get your money back if anything goes wrong.

    Verdict:

Can't say for certain whether it is a scam or not, but it is highly likely a scam. Don't buy from them.

These two sites are deceiving foreigners, people from different countries send them money for goods, and they disappear.

      yungchenn.en.alibaba.com/
      techwisetech.com/

Company techwise from Taiwan – very bad company
