How to get reliable server list and IP filter
After you have downloaded and installed the official release, open eMule and follow these steps.
Go to Options -> Security
Check the box next to ‘Filter servers too’
In ‘Update from URL’ box, type:
http://emulepawcio.sourceforge.net/ipfilter.zip (Update: if that URL doesn’t work for you, try http://upd.emule-security.net/IpFilter.v143.by.R3Qu13M.zip)
Click on ‘Load’
